The best service, Its so nice to not have to send in the whole rod for a warranty claim and instead, they just send you a replacement section no problem! not to mention, I have had this rod for over 7 years of heavy use before the tip finally gave way (not on a monster fish sadly) Dang trees.. This is the 2nd time I've had to get replacement sections for my rod and both times they were processed and shipped quickly. Absolutely no issues!
