Most orders ship same or next day. We strive to ship orders in a timely manner, but in some cases this timeline cannot be met. We will communicate in situations where shipping will take longer than the stated fulfillment time. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
Free ground shipping is only applicable to US addresses in the lower 48 states.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns and Exchanges:
Here at SYNDICATE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we will accept all unused merchandise to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase date. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following criteria:
- Product must be purchased through our e-commerce site (order # is required).
- Product is unused, in new condition and must be in its original packaging.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- No returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds on orders that received free shipping will be
less $10 for original shipping.
- For an exchange, customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from.
- Products must be sent via a traceable shipping method. SYNDICATE is not responsible for lost, stolen or

- All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of SYNDICATE.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the return. *It may take up to 30 days for the funds to reach your account. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment only.
To submit a return or exchange:
First, contact us. Include, your name, email address, phone number (so we can contact you), item, order number and reason for return or exchange. Once we have approved your return or exchange, package the product safely to prevent damage and ship via a traceable method. Ship your return to:

If you received the item as a gift, please note that we are unable to return the sale to any form of payment except for the original payment method or store credit. If you are exchanging the item, we will invoice you for the return shipping. Your new product will be shipped as soon as we receive payment for that invoice.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products:
If you received an item in a damaged, defective manner or received an incorrect item, contact us immediately. If damaged, retain all packaging, as we will need that in order to file your claim. DO NOT ship the item back without contacting us first!
