Re: Broken Tip Section
Broke the tip section on the water, the next day I reached out to the company rep and had an email response from a real person in 5 minutes walking me through the process on how to get a replacement tip. Unfortunately the model I needed was out of stock at the time but they quickly restocked the item and sent out my new tip section very quickly.
