Returns and Exchanges:

Here at Syndicate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we will accept all unused merchandise to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase date. 

Only items purchased on Syndicateff.com are eligible to be returned directly to Syndicate. If you purchased a Syndicate item through an authorized dealer, please contact that dealer directly.  

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in brand new condition. This includes having the protective cover on the rod handle as well as any packaging that was included at time of purchase. All apparel should be unwashed and be in the original packaging, with tags if applicable. All items returned to Syndicate for refund or exchanges are subject to approval by Syndicate and may be charged a restocking fee. Incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged During Shipment?

In the event your item is damaged during shipping, please refuse the shipment if possible. If damage is discovered after reception of the shipment, please contact us for further instruction. Please save all packaging material, as we will need it for filing a claim.
